The $20.00 daily breakfast credit will be credited towards food and beverage in our Coffee Shop and does not include tax or tip. The Surety Lounge Coffee Shop is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast from 7AM-11AM and serving coffee drinks until 2PM. * Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates apply. * F&B credit is only valid in the Surety Lounge Coffee Shop and may not be used in Mulberry Street Tavern for weekend brunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) room and tax charge.

Pets are welcome at the hotel. A 75.00 USD fee per stay is required at check-in to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

The hotel will assess and retain a mandatory Credit Card Recovery Fee of 2.5 PCT (plus applicable tax) on all charges settled via credit card. This surcharge is assessed to cover the cost of our acceptance of payment by credit card. This Recovery Fee applies to all credit card payments, including those for cancellation and no-shows.
