Yes. We provide complimentary luggage storage for guests before check-in or after check-out.

 Please contact the hotel directly for assistance. Note that changes may not be possible if requested less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Cancellations must be made by 3 p.m. local time at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty charge. Pre-paid, non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.

Rideshare services including Uber and Lyft operate frequently between the airport and downtown. We are located approximately five miles from the terminal.

 We offer several parking solutions located immediately adjacent to the hotel:

• Overnight Valet: $40
• Overnight Self-Park: $30 (Located at 604 Mulberry St)
• Daily Parking: $30 (Up to 8 hours)
• Restaurant Parking: $10 (Up to 2 hours)

 Yes. Our team is available in the lobby to assist with local recommendations and special requests. You may reach them by calling the front desk.

 High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary and available in all guestrooms and throughout the hotel’s public spaces.

Yes. Each guestroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a collection of Le Labo skin and hair care products.

Yes. Room service is provided by Mulberry Street Tavern during their standard hours of operation.

Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact guest services to arrange for one in your room.

 Each guestroom includes a mini-fridge. If you require additional refrigeration for larger items, please contact the front desk for assistance.

Yes. Off-site laundry and dry cleaning are available for an additional cost. Items picked up by 8 a.m. Monday through Friday will be returned by 8 p.m. the same day.

 Our spaces are designed with ADA features to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

The Courtyard is our seasonal outdoor space for dining and private events. It is open for cocktails from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, weather permitting.

We welcome up to two dogs per guestroom. Dogs must be registered at check-in and be under 50 pounds.

A non-refundable fee of $75.00 is required at check-in to ensure the room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following your departure.

We provide dog beds, bowls, treats, and toys for use during your stay. Complimentary waste bags are also available at the front desk.
