Located at the corner of Mulberry Street and 6th Avenue, we are easily accessible via I-235. Self-parking is available directly across from the hotel at 604 Mulberry St. Guests should validate their parking at the front desk upon arrival to secure our discounted guest rate of $25 per night.

Dogs are more than welcome at Surety. We are ready to host your four-legged companions with the same care we show our human guests. Upon check-in, a non-refundable fee of $75.00 per stay is required to ensure the highest standards of room cleaning and sanitization following your departure.

For those who prefer a more private session, we offer in-room wellness kits complete with yoga mats and resistance bands. If you’d like to take your workout outdoors, jogging maps are available at the front desk to guide you through the city.
