If you cancel before 3:00PM local time, and at least 48 hours prior to arrival, you can avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge. Pre-paid, non-refundable rates are—surprise—not refundable, so we suggest against booking a non-refundable rate if you have reason to suspect your plans may change.

There is a convenience parking lot across the street (south of the hotel) and a parking garage behind the hotel (to the west of the hotel). Daily meter parking is also available.

Absolutely. Located in the lobby, our concierge team is ready to assist with recommendations and special requests. Concierge service is available by calling the front desk.

All Surety guestrooms have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. All Surety guestrooms are Pet Friendly. Welcome amenities are available on request and when you book your pet package. These pet friendly amenities will be placed in your room prior to check-in.

You don’t need to. Each guestroom has a hairdryer as part of our in-room amenities along with Grown Alchemist skin and hair care.

Our spaces feature ADA amenities including:

Dinner is served Tuesday-Thursday  from 5pm–10pm, and Friday–Saturday from 5pm–11pm. Saturday and Sunday Brunch is served 10am–2pm.

Surety Courtyard is closed for the season.  The Surety Courtyard can host up to 75 guests and is the only outdoor event space in #DSMUSA.  Surety Courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining at its finest. You will savor shareable bar bites, enjoy live music. Surety Courtyard will be the place to sip in the sun and connect with friends and family! Surety Courtyard is pet friendly.

Sounds good to us! Surety Hotel is pet friendly; we love our puppy friends! Up to two dogs are welcome per guest room.

A $75.00 fee is required at check-in. This allows us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

Our pet friendly hotel has dog treats, toys, small to large dog beds, waste bags, as well as food and water bowls waiting for your beloved pet.
