During the 45 minute class you will receive support in relieving stress, tension, and anxiety to restore your own foundation of health, energy, and vitality.
The session will start with a short, guided meditation as you relax with Sound Healing, allowing yourself to be supported by Reiki energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique which promotes wellbeing and is a very gentle and supports each individual’s healing needs.
This class is free and open to all. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Space is capped. and Registration is required.
