Whether you’re new to sound healing & yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class creates a unique experience for all that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. These sessions offer the space and tools to help you restore calm and inner peace. By focusing on the present, increasing self-awareness and reducing negative emotions, this practice will provide you with skills to find more joy in your daily living.
